WWE SmackDown Predictions Dec 6, 2024: CM Punk Will BETRAY Roman Reigns

WWE SmackDown is coming off an epic WWE Survivor Series 2024 PLE Event, where CM Punk and the OG Bloodline finally put The New Bloodline to sleep inside War Games, Team Rhea Ripley remained on top by defeating Team Liv Morgan inside War Games, and Shinsuke Nakamura dethroned LA Knight to become the new U.S. Champion in what was the only title change of that evening. But, the two major questions on everyone's minds are: (1) Who Attacked Jade Cargill Backstage? and (2) What Was That Mysterious Favor Between CM Punk and Paul Heyman?
Now, WWE is continuing its road to WWE Saturday Night Main Event 2024, where they will likely have some major title matches and personal rivalries come to a close before the end of the year. This week on SmackDown, three matches have been officially scheduled: Naomi vs. Ms. MITB Tiffany Stratton vs. Electra Lopez in a U.S. Title Tournament Match. In other news regarding WWE SmackDown, Roman Reigns is expected to open the show, and Ciampa gave Gargano an ultimatum to figure things out with WWE Tag Champs, MCMG, or else they would start doing things his way.
Naomi vs. Tiffany Stratton vs. Elektra Lopez [U.S. Title Tournament]
Naomi will win this match to advance in this tournament because the mid card title is a perfect opportunity for her to redeem herself from her lost momentum since returning to the WWE. As a former World Champion, Naomi should have won MITB instead, but Tiffany Stratton is Ms. MITB, and Stratton definitely does not need to win this match since she already has the briefcase that guanartees her a future title shot anytime anyplace. Electra Lopez is the weakest link in this triple threat who will most definitely eat the pinfall. Naomi is undoubtedly the best option in this match.
