WWE SmackDown is on the road to WrestleMania 41, where Cody Rhodes will defend his WWE Title against Elimination Chamber Winner John Cena, Tiffany Stratton will defend her WWE Title against Royal Rumble Winner Charlotte Flair, Gunther will defend his World Title against Royal Rumble Winner Jey Uso, and Iyo Sky will defend her World Title against Rhea Ripley and Elimination Chamber Winner Bianca Belair.
This week on SmackDown, three matches have been officially scheduled: Jade Cargill vs. Liv Morgan, Braun Strowman vs. Jacob Fatu, and Zelina Vega vs. Piper Niven (w/Secret Her-vice).
In other news regarding WWE SmackDown, CM Punk, and Seth Rollins are scheduled to go to SmackDown to address the heinous Roman Reigns attack after their steel cage match on Raw in the main event last week. This will likely set up the rumored triple threat match amongst these three men for WrestleMania 41, where CM Punk could likely cash in that favor owed to him by Paul Heyman for what could be his first main event of WrestleMania in his long-tenured career. Without further ado, it's time to kick things off with these SmackDown Predictions, starting with Jade Cargill vs. Liv Morgan.
Jade Cargill vs. Liv Morgan [Exhibition Match]
This is a terrible match to book, in which neither woman should lose. Jade Cargill should win her return match from the car incident, but Liv is a former world champ who should not take a loss this early to a very green Cargill on a random SmackDown. Naomi will force a DQ by attacking Jade.
Prediction: Jade Cargill (via DQ)
Braun Strowman vs. Jacob Fatu [Exhibition Match]
Braun Strowman has been put in a veteran role to put over The Bloodline on SmackDown. Unless Solo Sikoa accidentally screws Jacob Fatu to plant more seeds of dissension in their group, Fatu will defeat Strowman to gain more momentum on his road to battling LA Knight for the U.S. Title.
Prediction: Jacob Fatu (via pinfall)
Zelina Vega vs. Piper Niven [Exhibition Match]
Zelina Vega will defeat Piper Niven because Piper Niven is merely a stepping stone for Zelina Vega's road to battling Chelsea Green for the U.S. Title. Zelina will likely also defeat Alba Fyre, the newest acquisition to the Secret Her-vice, before battling for the U.S. Title on WrestleMania Weekend.
Prediction: Zelina Vega (via pinfall)
