Following WWE TLC, which five Superstars have the best chance of winning the Royal Rumble match?

Before Royal Rumble season kicked off, the last WWE pay-per-view (not counting NXT TakeOver) took place, as WWE TLC concluded this evening. WWE World Heavyweight Champion Sheamus retained the title over Roman Reigns in a Tables, Ladders and Chairs match to main event the show. The Celtic Warrior did this with help from his League of Nations stablemates.

With TLC over, WWE Royal Rumble is now the focus. The show takes place seven weeks from today and will be headlined by the annual Royal Rumble match. This is the over-the-top-rope bout to determine the No. 1 Contender for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. The winner will battle for the title in the WrestleMania 32 main event.

More from Royal Rumble

This year, Reigns won the Royal Rumble match and faced Brock Lesnar for the title at WrestleMania 32. However, he lost after Seth Rollins cashed in his Money in the Bank briefcase. It seems the former Georgia Tech football player won’t enter this year’s Rumble, as a rematch with Sheamus seems likely. So we’ll probably be getting a new winner.

Unfortunately for WWE, there are few legitimate options to win the Royal Rumble. This is due to the lack of stars built and injuries. So WWE may either surprise us with a winner for this year’s match or choose from the few credible options.

With this in mind, click below to see who the five best options are to win the Royal Rumble match after WWE TLC.
