Here’s what went down on Ring of Honor on 11/2/09:
Young Bucks and Briscoe Brothers match was thrown out due to outside interference from the Dark City Fight Club.

Backstage: Kyle Durdan is backstage with the American Wolves. They’re both sick of Bryan Danielson and his Final Countdown Tour! They’re still confident that they’re the best tag team in the world, and have the ROH Tag Team Titles to prove it!
“Addicted To Love” Rhett Titus defeats “Sugarfoot” Alex Payne via pin fall using some extra leverage by grabbing the tights.

Promo: “Skullkrusher” Rasche Brown coming to Ring of Honor!
Backstage: Kyle Durdan talks with Tyler Black who gives an update on Jerry Lynn‘s injury. Interrupted by Nigel McGuinness who talks a little smack to Black and tells him that the ROH Title is cursed. It’s not a matter of IF, but WHEN you’ll get injured!
Claudio Castagnoli defeats “The Littlest Lumberjack” Grizzly Redwood via pin fall after hitting the Ricola Bomb. After the match, Prince Nana and Ernie Osiris tried to cut off Redwood’s beard. Necro Butcher comes out to save the day.

Main Event Match
Colt Cabana defeats Nigel McGuinness via pin fall after hitting a back breaker. After the match, the crowd starts chanting “Thank you Nigel!” This match was taped before he officially made his debut with TNA Wrestling as Desmond Wolfe.
QUICK THOUGHTS:
The Young Bucks look like a version The Rockers to me. They mimic their high-energy, fast-paced style! I don’t think either of them will be a singles wrestler any time soon though… give them some time!
This Skullkrusher Rasche Brown guy just reminds me of Tiny Lister aka Zeus from that movie, No Holds Barred! I don’t know if he’s going to be that great in the ring, but my prediction for his debut… PAIN! Form your own opinions, here’s a look:
I can’t help but chuckle to myself every time Colt Cabana wrestles. This guy is the epitome of timing when it comes to comedy wrestling. He has so much fun out there in the ring! The best move call that comes from Dave Prazak when he has to call a Cabana match is called a Butt Butt… Like a head butt, but he literally uses his rear end to knock a guy down… Maybe that’s me having the mind set of an eight year old, but I find it amusing!
Sometimes I wonder how these wrestlers are always getting paired with Prince Nana. A lot of these factions/stables started before the HDNet broadcasts did, so I can’t help but wonder if they’re going to explain some of them once in awhile. Dave Prazak tries to keep people up on things, but sometimes I wonder if ROH executives forget that not everyone has followed ROH since it was founded. I myself have been following it since this past summer, so a lot of these characters are very new to me.
