Final Thoughts on Ultima Lucha Part I

Part I of Ultima Lucha was unbelievable. All three matches delivered and we even saw a championship change (with some drama added in).

Here’s the results so far:

Falls Count Anywhere Match
Cage defeats The Mack via pinfall.

This was a hard-hitting brawl. These two laid each other out all over the Temple and put on a show.

Lucha Underground Trios Championship Match
The Disciples of Death defeat Son of Havoc, Ivelisse and Angelico via pinfall.

This one had the flair for the dramatics, especially with the ending. Will the DOD reign supreme going forward?

Believer’s Backlash Match
Drago defeats Hernandez via pinfall.

Drago stole the show in this unique match. Never have seen fans involved in a bout before.

The match of Ultima Lucha so far is Cage vs. The Mack. This was an all-around brutal beat down between two Luchadors that hate each other. Chairs, doors, fire extinguishers and cinder blocks highlighted this.

This is not a knock on the other two matches, which were both excellent. In fact, the debate between all three was very close.
