SummerSlam is less than a week away, so Daily DDT discusses 10 things that must take place to make the show as great and meaningful as possible…

SummerSlam 2015 takes place this coming Sunday, and is being promoted as the biggest show in its near 30-year history. Nevertheless, with great expectations there is the risk of a great fall to follow. Many times before has a card looked incredible on paper, only to be an outright disappointment on the night (see SummerSlam 2010). The enormous hype surrounding SummerSlam 2015 is arguably higher than ever before, fueled by the added duration, celebrity appearances and an assuredly hot Brooklyn crowd. Add to that the success NXT Takeover: Brooklyn looks set to be the night before, the pressure will shift onto the main roster to be even more amazing.

So, how do WWE avoid falling on their faces and turn the hottest night of the summer from suffering some torrential downpour? Here are ten things that should happen at SummerSlam to achieve that aim. These moments will make the show as memorable as possible on its own, as well as build appropriately for the future.
