5. The Bullet Club

Members: Prince Devitt, AJ Styles, Karl Anderson, Doc Gallows, Bad Luck Fale, The Young Bucks, Tama Tonga, Yujiro Takahashi, Kenny Omega, and Cody Hall

Years Active: 2013-Present

Since 2013, The Bullet Club have been the most dominant faction in not only New Japan Pro Wrestling, but quite possibly the whole wrestling world. Some people may criticize how high The Bullet Club are but their dominance over the last two years earns them their high spot.

The group was formed in 2013 by Prince Devitt, Karl Anderson, Tama Tonga and Bad Luck Fale. The group became the most hated group in NJPW using North American forms of cheating such as distracting the ref and interference to win their matches. The group soon added Doc Gallows and then the Young Bucks into the fold.

The groups logo, colors and phrases are heavenly influenced by The New World Order. The group uses the Wolf Pack logo and the saying two-sweet just like the nWo did.

The group got their first Japanese member when Yujiro Takahashi turned on his stable mates in Chaos and joined the villainous Bullet Club. After Devitt left NJPW for the WWE, the group’s newest member became their new leader, The Phenomenal AJ Styles.

The group has been very dominant in NJPW winning every championship in the promotion. The Young Bucks have won the IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Tag Team Championships, Kenny Omega has won the IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Championship, Bad Luck Fale has won the IWGP Intercontinental Championship, Anderson and Gallows have won the IWGP Tag Team Championship and AJ Styles has won the IWGP Heavyweight Championship.

Originally viewed as heels, The Bullet Club are now viewed as cool, and our now considered the most popular group in New Japan Pro Wrestling. Their now iconic logo and T-Shirt has now became one of the most popular wrestling shirts in the world.

The Bullet Club’s influence over the last two years has been unmatched and their brotherhood like mentality and their strive to be the best is why they land so high on this list.  They have shown NJPW that they are the dominant group in wrestling and they are real!
