WWE Raw: Fantasy Booking Tonight’s Build to Royal Rumble

After a very successful night of action last Monday, the momentum has to continue on Raw as the road to the Royal Rumble begins.

There is a lot of time for feuds to develop and we see some interesting things done leading up to the Royal Rumble on January 24, 2016; and with the Slammy Awards being given out tonight on Raw – emanating from the Target Center in Minneapolis, MN. – a lot of time is going to be spent handing out trophies to people who have had a good 2015.

However, just because we are wrapping up one year doesn’t mean the storylines moving forward into the New Year have to take a backseat. We’ve had championships change hands and WWE officials attacked along the way, and it’s important to build off the momentum gained from last week’s episode.

While a good portion of the three-hour episode of this week’s Raw should feature a lot of highlights and praise for those who are named Superstar of the Year, Diva of the Year, Tag Team of the Year and Match of the Year. Storylines will start and continue based on who wins these and other honors; however, we’ve selected the main storylines that have to be the main focal points of tonight’s Raw.

Keep in mind, this booking column will not involve award winners since the WWE has opened voting to the fans and there are still a lot of variables in who wins what (although there are some likely winners in each).
