1. Tyson Kidd

Injuries happen in professional wrestling, just like any sport. Tyson Kidd has had it rough in recent years. Of all the times he would be on the shelf, Kidd is currently still trying to recover from a neck and spinal injury from a June 2015 match with Samoa Joe. After taking the signature Muscle Buster move, Kidd’s surgery required a procedure that included 16 total staples, four screws and a rod.

Kidd hasn’t competed in a wrestling ring since the injury, but it’s still better than what happens to most people who suffer the kind of injury he did. Kidd could have easily become a quadriplegic, but he’s able to move around on his own. Unfortunately, it’s looking more likely that his career in the ring is over.

The recent injury for Kidd is just the most recent, which makes it harder for someone who has won tag team gold in the WWE three times. He might not have had the best microphone skills, but Kidd was someone who could put on a good match with anyone on the roster. It is shame for someone who had so much potential to be a great individual star.
