WWE Backlash 2017: Live Match Results
A look at the full match results for the WWE Backlash pay-per-view. What will be seen in the main event of the show on Sunday night?
The second post-WrestleMania 33 pay-per-view is here, as WWE Backlash will take over the WWE Network on Sunday night. This will be a SmackDown Live show, which has been built over the past six weeks. Seven matches are set for the show, not including one for the Kickoff.
Shinsuke Nakamura will make his TV in-ring debut against Dolph Ziggler. Nakamura arrived at SmackDown on its first show after WrestleMania, but has only done promo segments or brawls with the Showoff. What kind of impression will the King of Strong Style make at Backlash?
The team of Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair and Naomi will take on Carmella, Natalya and Tamina in a Six-Woman Tag Match. This came about when the latter trio, also known as the Welcoming Committee, attacked Flair and Naomi on an episode of SmackDown. This led to Lynch having to choose sides, opting to align with the babyfaces.
Now, these six women will battle for bragging rights and potential control of the SmackDown Women’s Division. Which team will win?
