Follow along with our review of Thursday’s episode of Impact Wrestling.

Impact Wrestling battles against Game 1 of the NBA Finals.  It’s a tough one to win going against one of the most anticipated series in quite some time.  Impact officials were still looking to steal the show with three title matches headlining the show.  The X-Division, Global Force Tag Team, and GFW Global Championships are on the line in a stacked show.

Low Ki goes to battle against Andrew Everett for the X-Division Championship.  Sonjay Dutt was the guest commentator in the match.  This would not be the last we would hear of Dutt and Low Ki.  Everett continues to scratch and claw his way into the championship picture but can’t win the matches.  He has another opportunity tonight but the seasoned veteran Low Ki isn’t planning on giving up his championship.

The finals of the Global Force Wrestling Tag Team Championship Tournament is tonight.  LAX created an enemy a few weeks ago in Veterans of War.  Tonight, they face off for Tag Team gold.  LAX has to have the advantage being that they are the Impact Wrestling Tag Team Champions.  VOW looks to get their first glimpse of gold as a Tag Team in Impact.

The main event is contested in six sides of steel with plenty on the line.  Ethan Carter III has a rematch against GFW Global Champion, Alberto El Patron.  The winner of this match becomes the GFW Global Champion and number one contender to face the Impact World Champion, Lashley.  It’s a match where whoever wins main events Slammiversary in July.
