A look at how to watch the NJPW G1 Special in USA online, along with its match card.

On Saturday night, NJPW will kick off a historic weekend of shows, and it’s not from Japan. They will host two events in the United States, which will crown a IWGP United States Champion. It is known as the NJPW G1 Special in USA.

There will be four first round matches that take place, in this tournament to become the US Champion. It will see Jay Lethal vs. Hangman Page, Juice Robinson vs. Zack Sabre Jr., Tetsuya Naito vs. Tomohiro Ishii, and Kenny Omega vs. Michael Elgin.

The show goes beyond that, however, as the IWGP Heavyweight Championship will be on the line, too. This will see Kazuchika Okada, whose reign has lasted over one year, defend the belt against Cody Rhodes (he’s known as Cody on televised wrestling shows).
