1. Creative Plays the Interference Card

This would be the most logical ending to the match under the circumstances. Assuming Lesnar Vs Joe is a one-off, an interference and a resultant loss to Joe would ensure continuity. However, that interference should not come by way of Paul Heyman. Earlier in the night, we would have an Ambulance Match between Roman Reigns and Braun Strowman.

There have been rumors of Strowman facing Lesnar at SummerSlam this year. If that were to be true, Strowman interfering in this match to lay his claim for the gold would be ideal. Moreover, the Monster Among Men has openly taunted Lesnar that he would want a shot at the title at some time.

If Strowman were to go over Reigns then having him interfere in the main event would make sense. Firstly, it would help him to get Lesnar’s attention and set up their match for SummerSlam. Secondly, it would act as a feud in place for Joe until creative comes up with something else. As such, it doesn’t need to be Strowman. Roman Reigns has been sporting a new half heel persona lately. Perhaps he could do the devil’s bidding and upset two of the most dangerous men in the WWE. It could even be some other star whose name hasn’t been taunted around the title picture until now. Could Finn Balor make an appearance? The possibilities for an interference finish and the feuds that could branch out from it are limitless.
