Ambulance Match

Despite the small break in this feud for WrestleMania and injury, Roman Reigns and Braun Strowman have been battling it out during the course of the year.    Both men have been constantly bringing it to each other in efforts to eliminate the opponent.  Thanks to his feud with Reigns, Strowman is arguably the hottest Superstar on Raw right now.

That fact brings up this topic for the match.  For Reigns, he has more or less inserted himself into the Universal Championship picture.  The self-proclaimed number one contender will face Samoa Joe or Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam.  But first he must put his feud with Strowman to rest.  For Strowman, there is nowhere to go but up.  His slow build has been paying off in a huge way.

Universal Championship Match

This match between Samoa Joe and Brock Lesnar has been strongly booked over the last few weeks.  There is no doubt that this will be a battle of the beasts thanks to the intensity of both men and Samoa Joe’s attitude.  Fans are pumped to see how this match will play out.

There are some fans who think that Paul Heyman will be the catalyst in this match.  That is unlikely but not out of the question in terms of swerve.  However, there is a possibility that there isn’t a clear winner.  There can be a big chance this match ends in a disqualification – with Strowman being Raw’s impact player it would be huge if the PPV ended on a big note like that.  If that were to happen, could there be a fatal four-way match at SummerSlam?

Reigns and Strowman’s feud didn’t last this long only to end at Great Balls of Fire.  Strowman isn’t going to be finished with Reigns until he’s the last man standing.  Perhaps if Strowman did win the Ambulance match and make his presence known in the Universal Championship match?    Between that and if Joe vs. Lesnar ends in a DQ – that is a massive SummerSlam main event.
