When WWE released the name of this pay per view a few months ago it was met with a lot of criticism and became a punchline. That was then, this is now. Just hours away from the start of the inaugural pay per view, Great Balls of Fire, on paper, is one of the best cards of 2017 top to bottom and it starts on the Kickoff Show. Neville will look to withstand the “Powa of Tozawa” when WWEdefends the WWe Cruiserweight Championship against Akira Tozawa.

In singles action we have Bray Wyatt and Seth Rollins looking to settle their differences. Former best friends and tag team partners go to battle when Enzo Amore faces off against the 7 foot Big Cass. Sasha Banks looks to become a 4-time RAW Women’s Champion when she challenges current Champion, Alexa Bliss.

Great Balls of Fire will see a 30 Minute Iron Man Match for the RAW Tag Team Championship when Cesaro and Sheamus look to defend their titles against The Hardy Boyz. The Intercontinental Championship will be on the like when The Miz defends his title against Dean Ambrose.

In the co-main event of the evening, Roman Reigns and Braun Strowman looks to finish what they started when they compete in an Ambulance Match that may very well see the winner challenge for the Universal Championship. And finally, “The Beast Incarnate” Brock Lesnar makes his in-ring return when he defends the WWE Universal Championship against “The Destroyer” Samoa Joe.
