4. Ricochet | PWI Rank: 46 | Age: 29

Ricochet is widely recognized as one of the best high-flyers in wrestling today, and at only 29 years old, he has a long career ahead of him.

Ricochet is the only wrestler on this list who could make the jump to WWE in the near future. Rumors have been swirling, and it could be interesting to see what WWE does with the first ever Lucha Underground Champion.

Ricochet is only 5’10” and 197 pounds. To the average person, this doesn’t mean a thing. When you watch him wrestle, you don’t see a small guy. In fact, you see someone who is great at what he does.

Vince however, would see nothing more than a Cruiserweight. Regardless of how well Ricochet did in NXT, which is undoubtedly where they would send him, nothing could change Vince’s mind. As soon as Ricochet was called up to the main roster, he would head to Raw, and then onto 205 Live.

Since Ricochet is the reason behind Rip Rogers’ famous “dive” tweet on Twitter, 205 Live is exactly where he would go.

It would be disappointing to see Ricochet go to NXT and do so well, as many have before him, only to be put in Vince’s hands and tossed to the side.

The excitement that would come from Ricochet showing up on WWE TV could be the loudest since AJ Styles at Royal Rumble 2016. However, with the things he has going on the independent scene, coming to WWE only to go unused would hurt his career more than it would help. So, for Ricochet, avoiding WWE is best.
