As for the rest of the early card for WWE NXT TakeOver Houston, it looks to be shaping up nicely. According to The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, below is the estimated early card for the event (spoilers ahead, obviously).

In the NXT title match, Drew McIntyre is set to face Adam Cole. In the NXT Women’s title match, Kairi Sane is set to face Ember Moon, Peyton Royce, and potentially another opponent. Aleister Black will face Velveteen Dream, and of course, the return of War Games, as just mentioned.

The WWE’s presentation of NXT just keeps getting better and better. Since the loss of big names at the gold brand, fans were worried on how much NXT would suffer.

However, all of that doubt seems to be forgotten. As always, the brand has bounced back. And there may not be as much buzz around NXT as there once was, conversely, they’re certainly putting on incredible shows.

The WWE have fierce completion come Survivor Series week. WWE NXT TakeOver Houston will battle it out with the iconic Survivor Series PPV, and don’t be surprised if the NXT shows trumps the latter show.
