WWE SmackDown: Becky Lynch Will Face James Ellsworth

Becky Lynch and James Ellsworth have been involved in a long-running feud on WWE SmackDown Live this year, and the two will finally settle their differences inside the squared circle tomorrow night.

Few superstars in the WWE are as over as Becky Lynch, and she earned the captaincy spot on WWE SmackDown Live two weeks ago. Lynch has been the centerpiece of the SmackDown Women’s Division ever since the brand split, as she was the company’s inaugural champion and remains a source of inspiration for many fans.

Unfortunately, Lynch has been out of the SmackDown Women’s Championship picture in a direct rivalry ever since losing to Alexa Bliss (with help from Mickie James). Fortunately, she has been as entertaining as ever when given a chance to shine, and her feud with Carmella and James Ellsworth over the last several months has been entertaining.

Lynch’s proclivity for concocting creative puns isn’t a secret, and she has put this skill to good use when interacting with Carmella and Ellsworth on Twitter. She consistently gets the better of the two of them when trading verbal barbs, which isn’t a short feat since “Carmellsworth” have a way with words.

All of the back and forth banter will come to a head tomorrow night, because the WWE has announced that Becky Lynch will take on James Ellsworth in an intergender match on SmackDown Live tomorrow night in Manchester, England.

Some fans are hesitant about watching an intergender match in WWE, but most fans have been looking forward to seeing Becky destroy Ellsworth. Because there’s absolutely no doubt that Becky should and will win. She’s already crushed Ellsworth on several occasions, as the master of “No Chin Music” used to try to interfere in her matches whenever Carmella was involved.

SmackDown Live’s answer to “The Big Dog”, Ellsworth will likely try to cheat by any means necessary in order to avoid a resounding defeat to a far superior competitor. I’m sure Carmella, Miss Money in the Bank, will try to get involved, too, but the SmackDown Live captain will have on trouble scoring the win.
