WWE: Ronda Rousey, Paul Heyman Would Be A Great Fit Together

Paul Heyman already has a Beast Incarnate under his wing in WWE, so why not add a Beastette Incarnate to his listing of clientele?

Ronda Rousey stunned the world when she appeared after the inaugural Women’s Royal Rumble to end the WWE Royal Rumble on Sunday, Jan. 28 from the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia.

We see how Brock Lesnar and Heyman work so well together, and there are many similarities between Lesnar and Rousey. It just seems like a perfect match.

Lesnar and Rousey are former UFC champions. Each is athletic, hard-working and a destructive, dominating force. They resonate strongly with fans as legit bad asses, because they are, and as Lesnar does, she would benefit greatly from having a mouthpiece like Heyman — the best in that area of sports entertainment — doing the talking, advocating soundly for his client.

With Lesnar’s limited WWE schedule, that gives Rousey some solo spots with Heyman, and as far as Heyman’s schedule, like any agent, he does not have to be there with her every week.

Lesnar, the Beast Incarnate, is the WWE Universal Champ, retaining his title at the Royal Rumble against the Monster Braun Strowman and the Demon Kane.

At the conclusion of the show, Rousey made a mark in her first official appearance as a WWE Superstar by interrupting the post-match segment with WWE SmackDown Women’s Champ Charlotte Flair, Women’s Royal Rumble winner Asuka and Raw Women’s Champ Alexa Bliss.

Rousey smiled at the three top WWE Superstars, pointed (not once but twice) at the WrestleMania 34 banner and sarcastically said “Hi” to Charlotte Flair.

Flair, the daughter of Four Horsemen legend Ric Flair, is part of her own Four Horsewomen ensemble with WWE Superstars Sasha Banks, Bayley and Becky Lynch. Rousey is part of MMA’s Four Horsewomen, which includes Shayna Baszler, Marina Shafir and Jessamyn Duke. Most of the two factions had a stare down during the WWE Mae Young Classic last year outside Full Sail Live at Full Sail University in Winter Park, near Orlando.

Interesting, Baszler is now in WWE and doing well. She competed for the women’s title during WWE’s NXT TakeOver: Philadelphia, the night before the Royal Rumble at the same venue. Duke is training in California to become a pro wrestler, and Shafir is married to NXT Superstar Roderick Strong and has appeared on NXT TV.

So many possibilities.

Whether Rousey is wrestling solo or in a faction, with Paul Heyman in the mix, wow.

We’ll see.
