WWE Hall of Fame: Four Ways to Shorten the Show

Move the Warrior Award
The presentation of the Warrior award, which is named after WWE Hall of Famer the Ultimate Warrior and given to an individual who exhibits bravery, courage, and strength, is a very classy gesture by the WWE. The Award has showcased some truly incredible people, who have shared remarkable and inspiring stories.
On a wrestling show that is looking to cut down its length, it seems reasonable to move this non-wrestling-based award to another time and venue. Not only would this shorten the length of the Hall of Fame show, it would also provide the opportunity for the Warrior Award presentation to be given its own spotlight.
Given that the award winners probably do not have a lot of speaking in front of 20,000 fans, moving the ceremony to a smaller venue, such as a convention room or banquet hall would allow them to be more comfortable and relaxed as they make their remarks.
With the advent of new technologies, such as the WWE Network and Facebook Watch, the WWE has the unique ability to hold the presentation at any time or date it chooses. It can still have the presentation as part of WrestleMania week, and fans would still have the opportunity to watch it (on any device and for only $9.99).
