WWE will air the second Mae Young Classic starting on Sept. 5 at 9 p.m. ET, and we want to get you excited for the tournament by profiling the women competing. Prepare to meet Hell’s Favorite Harlot, Priscilla Kelly.

Priscilla Kelly is no stranger to the spotlight, both for good and for bad.

When she was just fourteen years old, she was featured on the TLC reality show My Big Fat American Gypsy Wedding in a 2012 episode titled “14 and Looking For Mr. Right.” She has come to regret her involvement on the show and called out the producers on her Facebook in 2014 for hiring non-Roma to be on the show.

Her brief stint as a reality star shouldn’t define her though and Kelly has set out to prove that in her three year wrestling career. She got her start in the Georgia independent scene and much like fellow Mae Young Classic participant Isla Dawn, I came to know her through Atlanta Wrestling Entertainment.

There, she was a member of the factions The Hierarchy and The Carnies and faced the likes of Su Young, Ruby Riott, Kamilla Kaine, Joey Ryan, Aria Blake, Leva Bates and Kiera Hogan. In fact, her rivalry with Hogan was one of the longest running rivalries in AWE and even carried over to different promotions before the two buried the hatchet around the time Hogan signed with Impact.

It was also there in AWE she really grew into her moniker of Hell’s Favorite Harlot, often using sexually charged actions, along with her hard hitting moves, to gain an advantage over her opponents.

Through Priscilla’s rise, she caught the most eyes as a manager for former WWN Champion Austin Theory in Evolve and even wrestling in one of the few women’s matches to be featured in the promotion against Allysin Kay, but that shouldn’t discount the accomplishments she’s made in their sister promotion Shine.

She became the inaugural Shine Nova Champion after defeating three other women in the tournament to decide and even had seven successful defenses of the title before being beaten by Candy Cartwright earlier this year.

From a fake reality show bride to Hell’s Favorite Harlot, Priscilla Kelly’s rise in her short career has been anything but orthodox. One thing is for certain though, she’s not gonna leave the Mae Young Classic without leaving an impression.
