Major League Wrestling will be moving its weekly Fusion broadcast from Friday nights to Saturday nights on beIN Sports which will see the promotion continue to air live specials in the new year.

Starting this Saturday, February 16, you’ll be able to find MLW on a new night on beIN Sports. The weekly broadcast will now air at 9pm every Saturday moving from its initial home on Friday nights.

With Zero Hour in December of last year, beIN began airing monthly live specials emanating from MLW’s live events across the country. With more Saturday events on the horizon for the promotion and no sign of stopping the live specials, the decision was made to push the show back a day to better coincide with the MLW schedule.

"“With the majority of our cards on Saturday nights and beIN interested in doing more live broadcasts in 2019, it made sense to move the show to Saturdays”– Court Bauer, MLW CEO"

The next live broadcast on beIN Sports will be March 2 when MLW presents Intimidation Games from Chicago. While the matches set to air as part of that broadcast have yet to be announced, one huge tag team attraction has already been signed.

The Lucha Bros made waves recently when they agreed to a handshake deal with All Elite Wrestling’s Nick and Matt Jackson causing many to wonder just what that deal would mean for their various bookings across the country.

With most viewers expecting Pentagon and Fenix to make their departures from Major League Wrestling, the duo surprised everybody by announcing that they would not only be staying with the promotion but laid out an open challenge to any tag team who wanted to meet them in Chicago. That call has been answered by AAA’s Laredo Kid and Taurus.

Laredo Kid is coming off of a victory over Drago and Flamita on a night where he pulled double duty and was victorious alongside Puma King and Psycho Clown against Killer Kross, Rey Escorpion, and El Hijo del Fantasma (AKA King Cuerno).

Despite being the larger of the two men, and being an actual bull, Taurus brings his own style of high-flying to the ring. He rounds it out with a power game that could overwhelm Fenix and, at the very least, match Pentagon.

With Fenix coming off of a neck injury at a recent AAW event, could his recovering neck be an easy target for a duo set to make their mark on an English-speaking audience? Time will tell, but we won’t have to wait too long – Intimidation Games is less than three weeks away and will air LIVE on beIN Sports with the remaining matches to roll out every Saturday night.
