There will be many hellacious segments and matches on this next upcoming episode of WWE Raw coming this Monday.

As the WWE fans await the next King of the Ring, they should be excited for Rey Mysterio’s return to in-ring action, a Four Horsewomen slugfest, and the return of Stone Cold Steve Austin as a moderator for the Universal Championship contract signing between WWE Universal Champion Seth Rollins and number one contender Braun Strowman.

As we travel the long, arduous road to Clash of Champions on Sept. 15, we are finally approaching the go-home show of Monday Night Raw. On tonight’s episode, there is one scheduled triple threat match in the King of the Ring Tournament: Ricochet vs. Samoa Joe vs. Baron Corbin.

Last week on Raw, Baron Corbin defeated Cedric Alexander while Ricochet and Samoa Joe’s match resulted in a draw. Thus, all three men advanced to the final round of the Raw side of the bracket for the King of the Ring Tournament and will battle on Raw to determine the Raw finalist.

Meanwhile, there are three other matches scheduled for Raw: Rey Mysterio vs. Gran Metalik,  Sasha Banks and Bayley vs. Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair, and Cedric Alexander vs. AJ Styles.

Speaking of AJ Styles, he did demand a Universal Championship opportunity last week when he interrupted the original Universal Championship contract signing between Seth Rollins and Braun Strowman. Expect him to do the same when Stone Cold Steve Austin returns tonight to moderate the new Universal Championship contract signing between Rollins and Strowman.

With that being said, let’s make five key predictions about what could happen on WWE Raw.

5. Rey Mysterio Defeats Gran Metalik

Rey Mystero is returning to in-ring action against Gran Metalik, who is essentially a jobber. It’s pretty self explanatory that Mysterio is winning this match, especially since he must appease his son, Dominick, as well as regain his momentum from losing to Andrade two weeks straight on Raw in the past month.
