AEW Full Gear heads to Baltimore for the company’s first pay-per-view since AEW Dynamite premiered on TNT, and we’ve got a stacked card to look forward to.

For the first time since AEW Dynamite debuted on TNT, AEW returns to pay-per-view at the Royal Farms Arena in Baltimore, MD. AEW Full Gear already has seven announced matches, including three title matches and what will surely be a bloody unsanctioned clash between Kenny Omega and Jon Moxley.

We’ve also got highly anticipated grudge matches like “Hangman” Adam Page taking on PAC or The Young Bucks going up against Proud ‘n’ Powerful. We might get a few more matches added by the time the event starts, ideally another women’s match on the main card, but I won’t hold my breath on that one.

AEW Full Gear airs this Saturday, November 9th, at 8PM ET. Anyone in the US can purchase the event for $50 on B/R Live, while it’s available on Fite TV outside of the US for only £15.

The Buy-In: Bea Priestley vs. Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D.

The first match of the night, and the only one currently announced for the pre-show dubbed The Buy In, will see Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D. taking on Bea Priestley in a rivalry that has been building for months. Things really started to catalyze back at Fight for the Fallen in July.

That night, Priestley teamed with Shoko Nakajima to take on Baker and Riho. During the match, a kick by Priestley unfortunately concussed Baker, and it’s been at the root of much of the tension between them. While Baker will be looking to rebound from recent struggles, I’m picking Priestley to score a huge win here and chart a path towards Riho.

It’s also unfortunate, especially with all of the build this story has been given, that AEW chose to put it on the pre-show instead of the main card. It seems like Janela vs. Spears, which was literally created yesterday, would’ve been a better fit for The Buy-In.

Prediction: Bea Priestley
