Bray Wyatt brought the WWE Universal Championship to SmackDown Live when he defeated Seth Rollins, but his more impressive accomplishment was absolving the color scheme clash.

We’ve always known that Bray Wyatt is an extraordinary man who can do extraordinary things. No, wait, sorry, that’s Finn Balor … unless if Wyatt took those powers from him the second time he feuded with the current WWE NXT Superstar.

Anyway, Wyatt’s magical powers are well known to WWE fans. He can teleport, possess people, and break the rules of Hell in a Cell matches when he loses. Those are some pretty nifty tricks, huh?

On this week’s episode of SmackDown, Wyatt treated us all to the greatest color change in WWE since Sasha Banks returned as a heel with revealing blue hair under a purple wig.

He changed the Universal Championship from “Red” to “Blue”.

Remember back when we thought the Universal Title could never switch to SmackDown since Vince McMahon wouldn’t let a red belt clash with the Blue Brand? Well how wrong we were! Wyatt has changed the game!

Let’s also appreciate his ridiculous magician’s attire. I’m not sure what’s better, the cape, the fill-fitted top hat, or the gloves that somehow make the outfit even more over-the-top.

Anyway, the blue is a nice touch, but it’s a little bit of a duller blue than the SmackDown colors or the beaming red of the Universal Title. I like the shade of blue of the SmackDown Women’s Championship, but it’s important to note that WWE is contractually obligated to make the men’s title duller than the women’s title. Men’s wrestling is trash and women’s wrestling has always ruled SmackDown (just ask Becky Lynch or Bayley), so it’s only fitting for Wyatt to carry a more subdued blue belt than The Hugger.

Next. Why it's important for Ali to be Mustafa. dark

Wyatt’s Universal Title reign on SmackDown should be a memorable one regardless of the title’s color, and fans will be excited to see how “The Fiend” elevates the championship after Survivor Series. This could be the most prestigious the title has felt since Kevin Owens and Chris Jericho ran the show on Monday nights.
