Killer Kross is on his way to the WWE. Soon enough, his presence will open the door to many dream matches. Which dream matches could become a reality?

As reported by Ryan Satin on the latest episode of WWE Backstage, the company has managed to sign top indie talents, Timothy Thatcher and Killer Kross.

Thatcher comes as a bit of a surprise, but rumors have been circulating for months now that Kross – who many viewed as the hottest free agent in wrestling since leaving Impact Wrestling last year – was being eyed prominently by WWE.

Looks like WWE got their wish, as did Kross who is on his way to fulfill several dream matches in the company. While it is unknown which brand he could debut on right now, the bigger question is who could he wrestle while with the company? Who do we want to see The Herald of Doomsday tango with in the squared circle?

Let’s start with the biggest dog in the fight.

Roman Reigns

In a podcast interview from last summer, Killer Kross sang some high praise for Roman Reigns, whilst in the same breath talking about how badly he wants a match with The Big Dog. He also notably suggested he’d love to no-sell the Superman Punch – which, admittedly, would make for a crazy visual – but the bigger thing he said that is worth highlighting is this:

"“He’s a marketing machine, he’s a good dude, he works his ass off – that is a person I want to be in the ring with 100%.”"

Kross could not be more correct and that is exactly why a match with Roman Reigns should be one of – if not, his very first match – in the WWE.

Reigns is no stranger to giving wrestlers their first matches on the main roster. His first bouts against the likes of Finn Balor and Murphy are prime examples. It’s a great means to introduce audiences to newer wrestlers by putting them in the ring with the top guy in the company.
