5.) Bayley and Sasha Banks (c) vs. Ruby Riott and Bianca Belair [Women’s Tag Team Championships]

On last week’s WWE Raw, while Bayley and Sasha Banks retained the Women’s Tag Team Championships against Kabuki Warriors, Ruby Riott and Bianca Belair defeated IIconics in an impromptu tag team match. Considering that Liv Morgan was expected to be Riott’s tag team partner based on their Riott Squad history and the currently teased reunion, Ruby Riott and Bianca Belair’s tag team can be perceived as unorthodox.

Although it would be more desirable if Belair continued as a singles superstar, it was satisfying to see her in action on Raw. For as talented as she is, it was inherently unpardonable on WWE’s part that there was no creative direction for her on the flagship show for over two months after getting called up from NXT. Nonetheless, she has now found herself in a tag team with Riott and her Twitter exchange with Bayley indicates that this might not be a makeshift tag team.

As was lucidly expressed by Bayley Dos Straps, she wants a Women’s Tag Team Championship match against Ruby Riott and Bianca Belair. It shouldn’t take a physicist to book this main-event worthy title match, but WWE evidently needs that physicist. Unless rifts are drawn in their friendship, Bayley and Banks should retain because Belair and Riott only recently became a tag team and have not been built up sufficiently enough to dethrone the two-women power trip.

Prediction: Bayley and Sasha Banks
