AEW Women’s World Championship #1 Contender’s Four-Way: Allie vs. Diamante vs. Penelope Ford vs. MJ Jenkins

Likely another match for The Buy-In, we’ve got a potentially spectacular contest here between two AEW regulars and two newer additions to the women’s division to determine a future challenge for the AEW Women’s World Title. Penelope Ford has continued to improve and showcase her talents at every turn, so it’s no surprise we’d see her gunning for a title shot.

As for Allie, the former manager of The Butcher and The Blade has shifted gears as of late by running at the side of Brandi Rhodes. They’ve picked up victories in tag team competition, but Allie could certainly carry that momentum back into the singles division with Brandi at ringside.

Finally, the two newcomers who seem most suited for a match like this would be Diamante and MJ Jenkins. We’ve seen both of them compete on AEW Dark before now, but AEW needs to step up and put them on AEW Dynamite so they can showcase their skills to the world, which would provide the momentum to land them this opportunity.

AEW World Tag Team Championship #1 Contender’s Match: Proud ‘n’ Powerful (Santana & Ortiz) vs. Sonny Kiss and Joey Janela

In our first taste of tag team action, there’s this banger of a contest to determine a future challenger for the AEW World Tag Team Titles. On one side, we’ve got the ever-vicious duo of Proud ‘n’ Powerful.

Santana and Ortiz have mostly stuck by the side of Chris Jericho and fought for The Inner Circle, but there’s no doubt they’re still itching to get tag team championship gold. However, they’d be up against a rising unlikely duo that continues to exhibit unbelievable chemistry in and out of the ring.

Sonny Kiss and Joey Janela have only been together a few short weeks, but they’ve already become one of the most must-see tag teams in the division. If they can turn that into a few key tag team victories, there’s no denying their spot in this match and a potential future AEW World Tag Team Title shot.
