AEW World Championship Match: Jon Moxley (c) vs. Pentagon Jr.

Finally, we’ve got the AEW World Championship. Since winning the title back at AEW Revolution, Jon Moxley has had impressive defenses against Jake Hager, Mr. Brodie Lee, and most recently Brian Cage. Moxley has even shown an ability to grow and evolve as a competitor, adding new moves to his arsenal depending on the opponent he’s up against.

We could see that continue with a competitor unlike any Moxley has faced in AEW, but one he has faced one time in the past. Back in June of 2019, Moxley worked a handful of independent wrestling events after leaving WWE. At a NEW show, Moxley squared off against Pentagon Jr. and got a taste of what the luchador is capable of.

Now, at AEW All Out 2020, we can have a chance to finally see Pentagon Jr. showcase his skill outside of a tag team situation. As great as The Lucha Brothers are as a tag team, keeping them confined to that jampacked division almost seems like a waste.

Pentagon Jr. is a former AAA Latin American Champion, former 2-time Lucha Underground Champion, and a former Impact World Champion. He’s more than capable outside of tag team competition, and having Rey Fenix at his side would make him all the more dangerous. These two could really tear the house down and give us a main event fitting of AEW All Out 2020.
