After he laid waste to Cody on AEW Dynamite and captured the TNT Championship, who could step up to challenge Mr. Brodie Lee?

Back on August 22, 2020, Mr. Brodie Lee challenged Cody for the TNT Championship during a rare Saturday night edition of AEW Dynamite. It wasn’t just surprising because of the outcome, but also the sheer dominance Lee displayed by tearing through the reigning champion in just over three minutes.

While Cody had consistently gone over ten minutes in most of his title defenses, Mr. Brodie Lee turned out to be too much for him to handle. After the match, Mr. Brodie Lee and The Dark Order added insult to injury with a vicious attack on Cody that has left him missing in action since that night.

At AEW All Out 2020 this Saturday, friends and family come together in defense of Cody as Scorpio Sky, Matt Cardona, Dustin Rhodes, and QT Marshall team up to take on The Dark Order’s Evil Uno, Stu Grayson, Colt Cabana, and TNT Champion Mr. Brodie Lee in an eight man tag team match. The match is sure to be chaotic, but when the dust settles and AEW moves forward after All Out, who should be looking to target Lee and the TNT Title?

Scorpio Sky

The first potential option is already in a position to be Mr. Brodie Lee’s next challenger. The issues between these two began when Scorpio Sky challenged Cody for the TNT Championship. While it may have been a better call to have Sky capture the belt that night, it didn’t come to fruition as Cody picked up the win in what was yet another successful defense of the TNT Championship.

After the match, Cody seemed appreciative of the effort Scorpio Sky had given him and ready to pay respect to his challenger. Unfortunately, Mr. Brodie Lee interrupted before the dust had even settled and challenged Cody for the match that ultimately saw the destruction of Cody and a new TNT Champion crowned.

While Sky may seem to be defending Cody at AEW All Out, he’s also got a legitimate gripe against Mr. Brodie Lee for disrespecting and overshadowing his attempt to capture the TNT Championship. The seeds have already been planted for this rivalry, and dethroning the leader of The Dark Order to capture his first singles championship would be a huge moment for Scorpio Sky.
