AEW: Who will PAC have his sights set on when he returns?
AEW announced that fans would be hearing from PAC next week
PAC is breaking his silence. AEW posted an announcement that we would hear from the Englishman on next week’s Dynamite.
It doesn’t clarify if PAC will be at Daily’s Place in person or appearing from an undisclosed location.
PAC has been at home in England during the COVID-19 pandemic. He has been silent during his time away.
Remember Death Triangle? We last saw PAC on March 11 when the trio (PAC, Penta El Zero M, and Fénix) defeated Private Party and Joey Janela. After the match, Death Triangle continued to beat down their opponents. Best Friends and Orange Cassidy came to their rescue.
More recently, Eddie Kingston referenced “The Bastard” in a promo. On Dynamite, Kingston said to the Lucha Bros., “where’s your little British friend? He’s not here.” They have since aligned with Kingston, The Butcher and The Blade. Will they leave the Family of Violence to reunite with PAC? Will Kingston offer him a spot within their family?
It is fair to assume that PAC will show up at Full Gear. Could he make trouble for Kingston in his “I Quit” match with Jon Moxley? Given that he has beef with Orange Cassidy, PAC could get involved with Cassidy’s match against John Silver.
PAC could have a great feud with Miro
He also has history with both Kenny Omega and Hangman Page. Last year at Full Gear, PAC faced Omega in an unsanctioned Lights Out match. Back in February, the pair faced off again in an Iron Man match that saw Omega best PAC.
Last year, PAC was scheduled to face “The Sad Millennial Cowboy” at Double or Nothing. The match was called off over creative differences because PAC reportedly didn’t want to lose. At the time, he was the DragonGate champion and hadn’t lost by pinfall or submission in a singles match. Page flew to England to wrestle PAC, where PAC was disqualified for a low blow.
Aside from causing havoc for someone at Full Gear, he could also find himself in hot water with Miro. During a Twitch stream, “The Best Man” said that the one AEW wrestler he never wants to wrestle is PAC. Why?
"“I’m not working with PAC. PAC already tore my bicep. I’m not working with him anymore. I’m done with him. I’m not working with PAC anymore.”"
PAC could ruin Kip Sabian and Penelope Ford’s wedding by attacking Miro. Perhaps the TNT Championship would be of interest to the returning PAC.
PAC has a plethora of people to deal with upon his return, whether it’s actually next week or in the coming months. It’s safe to say that a well-rested PAC is a dangerous bastard.
