NWA World Championship

NWA World Heavyweight Championship Match: Nick Aldis (c) vs. Cody Rhodes

When Cody Rhodes lost his match for the AEW World Championship against Chris Jericho at AEW Full Gear 2019, he also lost the right to ever challenge for that title again. However, that doesn’t mean he can’t go after another title that could make an appearance in AEW.

Nick Aldis has held the NWA World Heavyweight Championship for a mind-boggling 750+ days and counting, the longest reign since Ric Flair’s 793-day that began in 1984. Flair lost the title in 1986 to Dusty Rhodes, and while Cody is a former NWA World Heavyweight Champion from back in 2018, he may want to recreate some old magic now that he’s got back the Rhodes name.

AEW Women’s Championship

AEW Women’s World Championship Match: Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D. (c) vs. Big Swole

This is another match that would hinge on a title change between now and AEW Revolution, but it’s not one that seems farfetched. AEW is no stranger to title matches on AEW Dynamite, and the timing seems better than ever to finally pull the trigger on Britt Baker as a champion and the top name in the AEW Women’s Division.

As for a challenger at AEW Revolution, there’s no better choice than Big Swole. The history is already clear between these two, and it wouldn’t take much to reignite this rivalry for what could be a truly unforgettable AEW Women’s World Championship Match at AEW Revolution.
