Wrestling Rumor Roundup: WWE Superstars angry with Vince, Backstage Lana News and more
By Amit Shukla
WWE is doing everything to revive its image and cover the dent caused by recent releases
The week had its share of shocking news as WWE released promising superstars. The WWE Universe liked them, and one of them was on the verge of a huge push. It was a new storyline for The Dutch Destroyer, but things don’t seem to be going that way as he is no longer with the company.
There is a rumor that Vinnie Mac would bring him back, and if so, why was he released after all? Vince takes atrocious decisions, and we have seen it on multiple occasions, but does it mean that he would regret an action and reverse it under pressure.
Hiring and firing are part of the process in the WWE because various divisions in the company feel it first hand right now. WWE is in hot water due to these decisions, and the depreciating value of the show resulted in low viewership over the last two weeks.
It’s about time to pull things up before people divert their attention to a different product, but will that matter to the WWE? It looks like it would, as WWE superstars are not feeling comfortable with new orders from the boss himself. Let’s tell you about two things that caught everyone’s attention.
WWE Superstars not happy with new orders from Vince McMahon
WWE is ready to start touring, and with fans in attendance, there is a minimal opportunity of an error. Vince likes things perfect, but it doesn’t look like McMahon’s new order has gone well with the performers.
According to a report from PWInsider, Vince wants every superstar to work on their in-ring skills and remove any ring rust before they hit the road. WWE Performance Center is in Orlando, Florida, and not every superstar lives close by, so there is time and gas that goes into pulling self from the abode. WWE Superstars don’t feel comfortable with the order, but they will work during the off days to avoid any hassle at this juncture.
Lana gets praised backstage
Lana didn’t just impress the WWE Universe, but the people behind the curtain as well. According to a report from Fightful Select, Lana got lauded for her work between the ropes. She showed consistent growth and went on to become a fan favorite.
It’s a great feeling to see someone gets highly applauded for her work and her behavior behind the cameras. She moved from being a manager to a wrestler, and while she was still in the learning stage, her moves and the table storyline with Nia Jax impressed the fans, especially when Jax went through a table in a way that only Lana can do.
