The wrestling world is always buzzing. WWE keeps things for all because there is more than enough content to grasp and talk. Each week we will dive into some of the biggest rumors of the industry cultivated from respected outlets within the wrestling media world.

The Man is back

Well, Becky Lynch may be on screen and between the ropes. The former Raw Women’s Champion visited WWE’s Performance Centre, and this could lead to some news down the line with an important show coming soon. According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, Becky Lynch worked with Indi Hartwell, and with SummerSlam being the first show with absolute capacity for the WWE, the company is doing everything to make it a grandeur event.

Becky Lynch’s return at the show will only add to the show’s ratings and the subsequent week’s shows. A draft is already in the news, so will The Man join her man on SmackDown? If this is not happening, then Becky should stay on the brand she left as an unbeaten Raw Women’s Champion to be a mother.

WWE returns to Saudi Arabia

The United States of America is opening up, and so are the possibilities of a show in Saudi Arabia. WWE or Saudi Arabia Management has not revealed anything, but we may know the turn of events that may happen soon. PWInsider reports that the company plans on a show this fall, but there is no date confirmed as of this writing.

Saudi Arabia shows are a way to make extra money for some part-timers, and we may see another person like Goldberg return before the show only to challenge and lose to the challenger. The Myth is contractually obligated to wrestle twice a year, and he had his first match obligation fulfilled at this year’s Royal Rumble. The big question, though, is, Who’s Next?

An important update for released superstars may happen soon

WWE released superstars any time of the year, even during a pandemic, and kept them restricted through a no-compete clause which prevented wrestlers from showing up or competing in any other promotion’s ring for a while of 90-days. It didn’t go well with superstars, but nothing changed in the past.

The relaxation given to Aleister Black and Braun Strowman has raised questions if this clause can be gone for good. It looks like WWE may be in unison with its superstars’ request, and the non-compete clause may forego soon. It’s a big step in the right direction and would help future releases that could end up in a new promotion in a couple of hours or days instead of three long months.

Is Reginald really making Vince feel good?

WWE Universe may consider Reginald another James Ellsworth, but things are different this time. According to Fightful Select, Vince McMahon speaks highly of Reginald, a part of the Alexa Bliss, Nia Jax, and Shayna Baszler storyline.

Reginald is open to new ideas and re-invent his character, which could explain why he moved from SmackDown in a segment involving Carmella to the one on Monday Nights. His character work and the ability to create humor and give quality matches between the ropes may have served him well.

WWE plans to bring King of the Ring and Cyber Sunday back

According to a tweet by WrestleVotes, WWE plans to bring King of the Ring and Cyber Sunday back on TV. It would be a welcome change as fans didn’t witness a new King over the last year, but things may change as WWE starts touring.

While no King after Sheamus in 2010 catapulted to greater heights, it would be nice to see the company bring back one of its revered pay-per-view. King of the Ring should help the winner catapult to the main event scene as recent history hasn’t served well for this event. Cyber Sunday will bring People Power, but we hope John Laurinaitis is not on television for it.
