WWE: It’s time to give up predicting Sasha Banks’ next move

Every move Sasha Banks sets the wrestling community ablaze, but it’s time to stop speculating about what’s next for the talented performer.

Sasha Banks has been with WWE for years and accomplished one accolade after another. Lately,  there has been a lot of speculation about what’s next for Sasha. It has led to many outlets giving reports in bulk from her making appearances in other venues and enjoying herself, to her changing her name on social media.

Every move she has made up to this point has been the subject of an article and it seems like Sasha can’t even go to a restaurant and order her favorite food without it turning into a debate. All eyes are on her and it makes the TMZ paparazzi team look like amateurs compared to what has happened in the last few months alone.

It’s time to stop speculating about Sasha though, she has exceeded expectations in so many ways and historically the coverage has been inaccurate. It’s time for everyone to accept that they truly don’t know what’s next for Sasha’s career.

“What will Sasha do next?” is the million-dollar question

Sasha and Naomi walking out of WWE is still one of the hottest stories of the year because the ramifications are still up in the air. It became reminiscent of before, but the speculation seemed to only grow. The predictions ranged from coming back to WWE, going to another company, or going to Hollywood.

Those are all realistic possibilities and some fans have felt strongly about it to the point of a divide over social media. The back and forth between fans have blurred the line since the articles echo and in so many cases stoke the flames of an already heated debate.

Fans have speculated before about Sasha possibly leaving WWE, but the reasoning seemed to always be discredited. Sasha is hardly the first to walk out of the company or have disagreements, and fans are looking for any red herring to make it look like a Bret Hart jumping to WCW situation.

Anything from what she had for dinner to the next non-wrestling appearance she made. It’s to the point that the superstar living her life and doing things that anyone else would do is under the microscope and being interpreted.

While on the subject of interpretation, Sasha changed her display name on Twitter and it caused an absolute outcry with even more speculation. Since the evidence that was utilized wasn’t enough, most fans felt they found the answer to everything.

There is only one problem though, Sasha is not the first to change her display name on Twitter. There have been many superstars under contract with WWE who have ultimately changed their Twitter handle, it was even a noticeable trend among various superstars under contract a few years back.

Somehow, the focus has been on Sasha after she did it, but not on other superstars who did it long before she did. It’s not a sign of whether she is staying with WWE or going to pursue other endeavors.

Sasha has a unique journey that makes her not only a special wrestler but a special entertainer. The result of fans overanalyzing every little thing trying to predict what’s next for Sasha is that fans are missing the bigger picture. Sasha has been making moves that have been overshadowed by the media parade.

She went from a household name for WWE to a household name in the entertainment world. It’s a turning point in her career where she can truthfully become the best of both worlds similar to so many others who have wrestled in the past including The Rock himself.

Just the fact that Sasha has so many career options should be a time of celebration and excitement since there was a time for many hardcore fans who knew Sasha before WWE and her humble beginnings that it seemed like there were so many hurdles for her during her climb to the top.

The fact she went from a rising superstar in WWE to a straight-up rising star in the entertainment world is a success story that only a few in wrestling and entertainment can tell. It’s a time to appreciate the hard work that was put into her brand over the years and led to everything we see today.

The support as Sasha continues to rise during the hiatus and whatever comes next is the most impressive part of this chapter of her whole career. No matter what comes next, that rise will continue no matter what.

For now, fans will have to wait and see what’s next for WWE and Sasha Banks in the future and see it unfold as time goes by, no matter what, it will be something talked about for a long time by wrestling fans on all social media platforms.
