Heading into WrestleMania 41, WWE created an interesting rivalry with two big stars. At one point, Drew McIntyre seemed to target every member of The Bloodline and all of their associates. Instead, WWE has decided to take a different route by transferring McIntyre to SmackDown and feuding with fellow SmackDown transfer Damian Priest. If these two men are going to collide against one another at WrestleMania, then something should be added to raise the stakes.

The history between McIntyre and Priest has always involved a championship. Since WrestleMania 40, McIntyre has been defeated by Priest on numerous occasions. Whether it revolves around singles or multi-man matches, it's still a thorn in McIntyre's side. The constant losses to Priest have once again lingered in McIntyre's life.

Last month at the Royal Rumble, McIntyre's dreams of headlining WrestleMania came to an abrupt end as Priest eliminated him. McIntyre would have another opportunity at the Elimination Chamber but was eliminated by the Priest once again. Although the World Heavyweight Championship is part of RAW, a title can still be involved in the Priest and McIntyre rivalry.

To spice things up, WWE should add LA Knight in the picture. Just this past SmackDown, Knight defeated Shinsuke Nakamura to regain the WWE United States Championship. Now that Knight is champion once again, he can defend his championship against both McIntyre and Priest.

At first, Knight and McIntyre had a brief program on SmackDown, but things drifted apart. Maybe, their feud can be renewed. If a triple threat match for the U.S. Title were to take place at WrestleMania, then McIntyre should go over from a story standpoint. McIntyre can get the laugh by finally defeating Priest when it matters and winning the prestigious gold. It would also be another accolade under McIntyre's belt as he would be acknowledged as a Grand Slam Champion.

Do you think LA Knight should defend his newly won WWE United States Championship against Damian Priest and Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania or should Priest and McIntyre settle their difference in a one-on-one match? Leave your comments below.
