Mercedes Mone is going to lose it all and that's when she'll gain it all.

Well, she’s lost another one folks. Mercedes Mone dropped the RevPro Undisputed British Women’s Title to Alex Windsor on the Holiday Bash edition of AEW Collision. And with another title pulled away from her waist, the biggest star in women’s wrestling is one step closer to losing her mind.

Alex Windsor needed only 8 minutes and 42 seconds to finally get a victory over Mercedes Mone. After falling to the Mone Maker in the past, Windsor found a way to reverse the move into a crucifix pin and get the victory. Mone was handling Windsor easily up to that moment, but all Windsor needed was three seconds to bring Mone’s title run to an end at 346 days.

Mercedes Mone: Crash out watch

In the last few days, Mercedes Mone has gone from holding 12 titles to “only” holding ten. What has been one of the more controversial angles in wrestling this year - at least in the eyes of her biggest detractors - is starting to pick up steam to a major switching point.

Everyone who was paying attention caught on to the story. Mercedes Mone wanted to win the “big one.” That was the AEW Women’s World Championship. Try she has, losing to both Toni Storm and Kris Statlander. Those losses sent Mone on a side quest that took her around the world, picking up several titles along the way. But the point still remained, Mercedes Mone could not win the big one and that was bothering her.

Now, she’s going to go further off the rails as she loses each of these titles. Red Velvet defeated Mone at ROH Final Battle 2025, taking that belt after only 16 days. This is the second in what will not be her last title loss. Expect that TBS Championship to be the last belt that she loses, pushing her off the deep end and into the greatest crash out in professional wrestling history.

Where will this end? Well, that’s where the speculation really picks up. But the best bet is that Mone loses all of these titles, one by one, before she becomes a raving lunatic like Gollum holding onto her “precious.” She will not, and that is the moment she’ll become the biggest babyface in the AEW women’s division. That’s the point where she’ll finally find her way to the title, hopefully overcoming Megan Bayne as the final boss. The story is right there to be told and for the wrestling world to enjoy.
