WWE Bash in Belin is a few days away. The show features five matches, and there’s an opportunity for some great action across the card. There’s one match that should catch fans’ eye as Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill attempt to get their WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship back from The Unholy Union. However, it’s a match that will end up not only with Cargill and Belair taking the loss but will be the catalyst of the duo splitting to kick off their singles feud.

While Belair and Cargill are two of the most popular women in the WWE, the tag team division no longer needs to revolve around them. Other groups like the Damage CTRL and The Pure Fusion Collective are stepping up to add talent to the tag division. While WWE doesn’t do the greatest job featuring it, the depth is there in the women’s tag division. Cargill and Belair did a great job putting a spotlight on that group, but it’s time to cause the split to push them toward a bigger angle against one another.

Jade Cargill versus Bianca Belair has been a dream match for many of their fans since Cargill’s rise in All Elite Wrestling. While some may try to hang their hats on their similarities, which aren’t that numerous, there’s a big moment to come when they stand off across from each other for the first time. What will be interesting to see is if Cargill’s development within the WWE style has flourished enough to see her step out on her own. She hasn’t looked the greatest during matches, but that has long been an issue, even before she joined WWE. But what Cargill does have is star power, and that is where WWE thrives.

SmackDown’s women’s division needs a kickstart. Bayley won the WWE Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 40, but since then the division has felt stagnant. Dropping the title to Nia Jax created an interesting storyline that involves her and Tiffany Stratton, but there’s not much to look forward to in the women’s division every Friday. This is where a feud between Cargill and Belair can help. These are two names that are shown on television every week, and fans will want to see what happens when they are pitted against each other. Adding Naomi to the mix would bring another popular performer into the angle. There’s a lot of potential to do something interesting with all three women.

The women’s division on SmackDown needs another intriguing angle outside the title picture. Bianca Belair versus Jade Cargill is such an angle, and it will kick off when the team implodes after failing to recapture the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship at WWE Bash in Berlin.
