The Bloodline Civil war is finally upon us. Roman Reigns made his return at SummerSlam and had a major impact in the main event. As expected, he laid out Solo Sika and helped Cody Rhodes retain the WWE Undisputed Championship. Wearing a t-shirt that read “OTC” it looks like the Original Tribal Chief is back to retake his place at the Head of the Table. The Bloodline Civil War is here and it has the potential to be an exciting ride.

WarGames is on the horizon. Set for November 30 at the Rogers Arena in Vancouver, all eyes will be on this battle on SmackDown. One on side, Solo Sikoa will rally around his group in a battle to “lead” the family. The big question coming out of SummerSlam is the status of Jacob Fatu. He was visibly angry after crashing onto Rhodes through the announce table. Later that evening he was seen by fans walking around in a medical boot. Fightful Select reported "We are told that Jacob Fatu was planned to sell his leg following his splash in the main event. We aren't told if it was to the extent we saw. He was in a walking boot after the show and the following morning."

The real focus will be on Roman getting his team together. Obviously, Jimmy Uso will come to his side. Jimmy has been off television for months but was recently cleared for action according to multiple reports. Paul Heyman was put through a table, adding another casualty to Solo’s rise. He’ll be back by Roman’s side as well. The real question is about Jey Uso and none other than Sami Zayn.

Over on WWE Raw, Sami and Jey’s story is being tied back together. Zayn dropped the Intercontinental Championship to Bron Breakker, and he’ll retain that belt against the former champion. As Breakker moves on to his next challenger, Zayn, and Jey will rekindle their brotherhood, which will be necessary when Roman and Jimmy come calling. Remember, the entire Bloodline was exempt during the 2024 WWE Draft, meaning they can show up on either show, as necessary. In weeks’ time, expect Roman and Jimmy to show up on WWE Raw after getting beaten down at the hands of Solo’s version of the Bloodline. The reformation of the OG group is one of those pro wrestling moments that fans love to see and it is as predictable as it comes.

Another question to ask is where Hikuleo fits into the equation. It has been reported that he signed with WWE back in July. If Fatu is injured, then his debut could be expedited to make him the fourth member of Solo’s group. Or, he could appear at Survivor Series to make his debut there. The options are open but should hinge on whether Fatu is healthy or not.

The build to Survivor Series WarGames is going to hinge around Roman Reigns vs Solo Sikoa. There are so many match iterations to come and story beats to experience. This should be an enjoyable build because this is the melding of sports entertainment and professional wrestling that WWE presents the best.
