This year's WrestleMania Main Event revolves around John Cena and Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed WWE Championship. Rhodes has been champion for a year now, but it may come to an abrupt end if Cena defeats him and wins his 17th title reign. There are so many options as to how the match ending can occur.

Option #1: Cody Rhodes prevails over John Cena

Since Elimination Chamber, Rhodes has been living in the realm of why Cena sold his soul and aligned with The Rock. Throughout Cena's final run with the WWE, he has made it clear that he would do whatever it takes to become Undisputed WWE Champion again. If he feels that defeating CM Punk in a shady finish to earn an opportunity and becoming The Rock's guy will aid him in getting to the top of the food chain, then so be it for him.

Although The Rock hasn't been shown as much during the Road to WrestleMania, he might make his presence known during Rhodes and Cena's epic matchup. Rock will likely interfere in hopes of helping Cena win, but something gets in his way. As Rock and Cena beat down Cody, a glass shatter may hit, thus initiating a one-night return of Stone Cold Steve Austin. Austin was once WWE's biggest star, and to step in the ring with WWE's other top stars from different generations would create a huge buzz all over Allegiant Stadium and the media.

Austin can hit the ring and deliver another historic stunner to The Rock, removing him from the equation. This would leave Rhodes alone to handle Cena, hit a Triple Cross Rhodes, and retain the coveted title.

Option #2: John Cena breaks the record with 17th World Championship victory

When John Cena explained why he "turned" his back on the WWE Universe, he made his claim that he was never appreciated as the top guy. No matter what he did for the company, Cena felt that enough was never enough. The last time Cena was in the same ring with Rhodes, he was laid out with a harsh Cross Rhodes that had been waiting for him since last month.

Much similar to Option #1, Cena could defeat Cody, but with an unexpected interference. With the direction of Cody's longtime friend, Randy Orton's journey to WrestleMania is going, Orton could make time by getting involved in the match. With the expectation of Orton helping Cody from an attack by Cena and Rock, there's that small certainty Orton may hit Rhodes with a shocking RKO, leaving the WWE Universe speechless. This leads to Cena and The Rock being elated as Cena hits Rhodes with an Attitude Adjustment to finish the match and become the Undisputed WWE Champion again.

Option #3: Neither Cena or Rhodes leave WrestleMania as the Undisputed WWE Champion

The finish of Rhodes vs. Cena can involve Stone Cold Steve Austin fighting off The Rock, leading to Rhodes and Cena one-on-one. After Rhodes retains against Cena with the Triple Cross Rhodes, Rhodes is seen celebrating in the ring, much like last year's WrestleMania. The ring would be filled with the Rhodes family and his allies in the WWE Locker Room, such as Randy Orton.

While the ring is filled with excitement, The Rock, recovering at ringside, takes the microphone and initiates "Plan B". Paul Heyman comes out to interrupt the fulfilling moment as well. He reveals that in the contract for the WrestleMania Night 1 Main Event involving Roman Reigns, CM Punk, and Seth Rollins, there is a clause where the winner of the match earns a shot at the Undisputed WWE Championship following the Main Event of Night 2. With the potential winner of Seth Rollins heading to the ring, a frustrated Rhodes awaits him, leading to Orton turning Rhodes around with an RKO, which leaves the fans shocked.

Rollins enters the ring while a dazed Rhodes gets up. Rhodes, with the fighting heart he has, insists that the referee start the impromptu match. Rollins ends it with a massive Curb Stomp to Rhodes, covering him to win the Undisputed WWE Championship, thus cementing his heel turn by conspiring an evil plan with The Rock, the notorious snake, Randy Orton, and the always slimy Paul Heyman.
