This week’s edition of Monday Night Raw comes live from Chicago, and with WWE worried about potential “CM Punk” chants, they are sure to put their best foot forward.
While nothing was announced before Monday, the Raw Pre-Show on WWE Network announced the return of Hulk Hogan, and Dolph Ziggler defending his Intercontinental Championship in a Triple Threat Match against The Miz and Cesaro.
