What makes the upcoming post-WrestleMania period the perfect time to promote The Revival to the main WWE locker room?

WrestleMania week is upon us, and as we count down the days to the biggest spectacle the WWE has to offer each and every year, one can’t help but think about the exciting new developments that the post-Mania period is sure to bring as well.

As the case has been over the past few years, one of those developments promises to come in the form of some brand new faces being introduced to the weekly viewing audience of the WWE’s primary shows; Monday Night Raw and SmackDown Live.

That usually means a handful of NXT’s brightest athletes may be making their presence felt when all is said and done, and that should be no different this year.

So who makes the switch in 2017? Well, not everyone can go up at once, but two men that have paid more than their fair share of dues in NXT – and have been ready for a promotion for quite some time – is the team of Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder.

Better known as The Revival, these old school fighters walk into Orlando this Saturday to challenge for the NXT Tag Team Titles, and while they’re guaranteed to put on a title-worthy performance, you can rule these two out of victory.

A win this weekend would likely quell any hope of seeing this much-anticipated debut anytime soon, and if there’s anyone who deserves to be called up in the days following WrestleMania 33, you’re looking at them right here.

Why, exactly, does next week make for the perfect opportunity to unveil The Revival, you may find yourself asking? Let’s take a look.
