— TMZ reports that Vivid Entertainment Co-CEO Steven Hirsch has sent Hulk Hogan a letter, informing “The Hulkster” that he saw a teaser of his recent sex video and believes that there will be “huge demand” for it.

It remains to be seen if Hogan will bite given his current financial situation.
Hogan’s lawyer, David Houston, told TMZ yesterday that they will go after anyone who plans to release the tape.

“If anyone goes forward with this thing, we’re gonna find ’em and we’re gonna prosecute,” said Houston.

— WWE had a court date with Devin Nicholson scheduled for this week in Ottawa but it has been pushed back a few months. Nicholson, who was kicked out of a recent WWE live event, has reportedly filed a $6 million lawsuit against WWE for rescinding a contract offer, claiming he was discriminated against because he has Hepatitis C.

— According to Silvervison, the rumored “Best of WWE 1985-2004” DVD sets is not planned to be released this year and was just a project discussed within WWE.

— The Rock recently bought a $3.45 million, 13,154 square foot mansion in Southwest Ranches, Florida. The home has five bedrooms, seven baths, a pool, a home theater and more.

— WSU officials and commissioner Amy Lee, in light of Jessicka Havok becoming a double champion last Saturday at the WSU “5th Anniversary Show”, have ruled that Havok will not be stripped or forced to vacate either championship as long as she makes regularly scheduled title defenses for both championships. Havok told WSUWrestling.com that her Mid-West Militia said they would control all the gold in WSU and there was no way they were giving up the valuable Spirit Championship. Havok also added that her Mid-West Militia will remain champions forever, because no one will stop them, as they use WSU to prove why they are the most fierce and successful stable in women’s wrestling history.

— On Thursday, March 29th, NWA Ring Warriors kicks off WrestleMania 28 weekend with “Battle of the Belts” at the National Guard Armory in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The NWA Ring Warriors Grand Championship will be on the line as “The Marquee” Bruce Santee faces the 7-foot 315-pound Giant Titan. In addition to scoring a victory on a show that has become high profile, the newly crowned Grand Champion will make his first title defense on March 30th at Ring of Honor’s “Showdown in the Sun – Day 1” as part of the promotional crossover between the two companies. — Absolute Intense Wrestling presents “The J.T Lightning Invitational Tournament” (JLIT) on May 11th & 12th from The Historic Turners Hall in Cleveland, OH. The JLIT will be a two day “TPI Style” tournament featuring 24 men to honor the godfather of Cleveland Independent Wrestling – longtime Cleveland area wrestler and promoter J.T Lightning, who passed away after a well documented battle with cancer at the age of 41 in August of 2011. J.T was very influential and helpful in the launch of Absolute Intense Wrestling in 2005, and the organization plans to hold a yearly tournament featuring the best independent wrestlers in the country.
