Bad News Barrett promo/Sheamus vs. Bad News Barrett in a Semi-Final Match for the Intercontinental Championship #1 Contender’s Tournament
Barrett said the Luck of the Irish is running out. This was a good one, Barrett will run into trouble coming up with bad news for some of his opponents, but this was a good one.
With Barrett out of the ring, Sheamus appeared to be looking to dive to the outside, but Barrett hit the Bad News Bullhammer through the ropes and climbed in the ring for the win. This was a really good match, it even got a “This is Awesome” chant from the crowd. Sheamus continues to impress since his return at the Royal Rumble.
Barrett advances to the Finals next week, when he will take on the winner of the Cesaro-Rob Van Dam match.
