Vickie was on the phone with Triple H, and he informed her that Maddox would be coming and taking over the show, which wounded her. Maddox told her that she didn’t know how to deal with people like The Shield and said that he would handle that situation for her.

Axel gets the win, and now both members of Rybaxel have a singles win over on of The Usos. Solid, but predictable, way of setting up a tag title match.
