Brad Maddox and The Shield backstage
Maddox was on the phone when The Shield walked into his office. He tried to reason with them, but Roman Reigns played with Maddox’s tie before launching him over the couch and into a wall. Ambrose then jumped on Maddox and threw some wild punches before The Shield left.
Santino Marella and Emma vs. Fandango and Layla
Santino and Emma made their entrance, and Fandango and Layla started theirs, but The Shield jumped Fandango and gave him a triple powerbomb through two tables off the stage.
The Shield are mowing down The Authority’s lackeys in spectacular fashion. In a time where WWE Creative gets a ton of criticism, they never get enough credit for how consistently great The Shield have been booked.
