WWE Raw (4/28) Results: Go-Home Show For Extreme Rules

Back and forth to kick off this match, Brie with a dropkick for a near fall. Paige with a kick to the gut and then hair tosses her into the corner. Paige puts the boots to Brie in the corner, she nails a suplex for a near fall. Brie is sent into the ropes and Paige nails her in the gut with a series of knee’s. Brie with a kick to the face of Paige, Brie with a knee shot of her own. She goes to the top rope, Paige with right hands to the back of Brie. Paige hits a superplex off the top rope. Kane’s music hits and Bryan stands ready in front of the ring. Kane comes from behind and through the ring. Kane drags Brie down into the hole, but Bryan fights him off. Kane shoves Bryan out to the floor and Kane goes after her. Bryan grabs a wrench and nails Kane in the face. Bryan turns his back and Kane sits up. Kane chokeslams him to cause further damage. Kane goes after Brie and drags her into the hole, but Brie gets away. Doctors try to drag Bryan to the back, but Kane sets things on fire and we go to break.

The match ends in a no contest

The doctors check out Daniel Bryan in the back and Stephanie McMahon comes in to apologies. Brie Bella tells Stephanie to get out you BITCH!

John Cena does a promo in the back about Bray Wyatt and he is back to comedy one liners.

#1 contendership match for the IC Title: Bad News Barrett Vs. RVD

Barrett has RVD down in a headlock. RVD makes a comeback, but Barrett nails Winds of Change for a close 2 count. Barrett drops a big elbow for another pin attempt. Barrett with more offense in the corner. Barrett with a neck breaker and a knee to the spine. RVD blocks a knee and rolls Barrett up for 2. RVD with a kick to the jaw. RVD gets the crowd hype, but Barrett dodges Rolling Thunder. RVD with 2 clotheslines. RVD with a big block and a kick. Cesaro comes to ringside and gets on the apron. RVD has words with him. Swagger runs down and pulls Cesaro off the apron. They go at it and Cesaro tosses Swagger over the barrier. RVD turns around and ducks the Bullhammer. RVD drops Barrett with a kick. RVD hits Rolling Thunder. RVD goes to the tip for a Five Star Frog Splash but Cesaro runs up. Cesaro slips off the apron. RVD hits the Frogplash but Barrett gets his knees up. Barrett hits the Bullhammer for the win and title shot at Extreme Rules.

Winner and New #1 Contender: Bad News Barrett

After the match Cesaro attacks RVD, but Jack Swagger makes the save and hits a big gutwrench powerbomb on Cesaro. RVD through Swagger out to the floor and hit a five star frog splash onto Cesaro. Nice job.

-Commercial Break-

Triple H does a quick promo about how the Shield took out 11 guys on Smackdown. However, he is impressed by that. He says that they are reminding him of them and Randy Orton agrees. Batista says that they are still here and no one can top them. HHH says that they are the three guys that will be taking them out at Extreme Rules this Sunday.

Before the match, Ric flair comes out and hugs with the rest of Evolution. He says that he has had a lot of fun in this town. He says that it is great to be in the ring with dominance, he says that he went up and down the road back in his days with Four Horsemen and Evolution. He said that he believes in the Shield. Flair shakes their hands and walks out.

Main Event Time! Roman Reigns Vs. Randy Orton

Here we go, Reigns with right hands on Orton. Orton fights back and sends Reigns to the floor. Orton with right hands, he goes for a suplex on the floor, but Reigns blocks and hits one of his own. Back in the ring and then out, Reigns with a head butt on Orton. However, Orton sends Reigns into the steel steps and then into the ring. Orton hits a clothesline on Reigns to send him to the floor. He goes for the DDT off the second rope, but Reigns blocks. Reigns with a big clothesline on Orton, he hits a flying clothesline after that. Reigns with a big right hand, he hits the drop kick on the apron. Reigns goes for the superman punch, but HHH distracts Reigns. The Shield and Evolution start brawling on the outside. Back in the ring, Reigns hits the big superman punch. However Reigns goes after Batista and HHH to end this match in a no contest.

HHH nails a spine buster on Ambrose then a Rollins and Reigns are sent head first into the ring post. Evolution stands tall, but the Shield fights back and Reigns connects with a spear to Triple H. They stand tall to end the show.
