Paige and AJ Lee promo/Paige vs. AJ Lee for the Divas Championship

Paige came out and talked about how people said she should go back to NXT. However, she has proven them wrong and proven she is here to stay. She was then interrupted by AJ.

AJ admitted that Paige is right. She said Paige is the only women who ever proved her wrong. She talked about how she is the greatest Divas Champion of all time as she tried to goad Paige into defending the title. Paige said she wouldn’t make the same mistake AJ did the night after WrestleMania. She said the crowd wouldn’t want it, but the crowd disagreed. AJ suggested the crowd should decide, and Paige agreed to put the title on the line.

AJ rolled up Paige to regain the Divas Championship. After the match, the announcers were treating AJ like a face, and Paige like a heel. I would not mind seeing them go through with a double-turn here. Crowd hasn’t gotten too into Paige yet, that’s not her fault, it’s bad booking. However, she can be a good heel, so she might have a better chance at getting over that way. I’m a huge Paige fan, but if they play this right, this can be really good for her. Remember, she’s only 21.
