Fatal four-way match for the World Heavyweight Championship
Rey Mysterio vs. Jack Swagger (c) vs. CM Punk vs. Big Show
CM Punk and Rey Mysterio are in the midst of a long but exciting feud full of great creative matches, while Swagger and Show were in the middle of a boring one.
WWE’s solution: Combine the two separate feuds.
The match is over before you even know it, seems like it was only put on the card to start a Kane-Punk feud and to get the WHC off of Swagger.
Kane runs in with a casket, in which he weakly sets … Excuse me, I mean Chokeslams Punk into. This distraction allows Rey to hit a 619 and splash on Swagger for the win and the championship.
The biggest takeaway from this match is CM Punk wrestling in a mask, go ahead and wait this one out since it’s extremely fast-paced and somewhat exciting before the lame ending.
