8. Eddie Guerrero

Fans’ most vivid memory of Eddie Guerrero is likely his victory over Brock Lesnar for his first and only reign as WWE Champion. It included a classic match between he and Brock Lesnar, which culminated in a Goldberg Spear, a Frog Splash and an emotional embrace with his mother.

For as outstanding as he was as a face, Guerrero was even better as a heel.

It was roughly 10 years ago that Guerrero won the WWE Championship, so the evaluation begins there for this list. After losing the strap, he went on to have an incredible feud with Kurt Angle before going back into tag team competition.

In one of the most shocking moments in both of their respective careers, Guerrero turned on Rey Mysterio and became a source of pure and utter disdain.

Best friends clashed in a feud that saw Guerrero attempt to gain custody over Mysterio’s son.

Yeah. Guerrero was that kind of heel.

Guerrero will be remembered as one of the most beloved wrestlers of all-time, and rightfully so. He changed the industry in many ways, but there’s a strong case to be made that his greatest moments were as a heel.

Rest In Peace, Senor Guerrero. You’re dearly missed.
